I purchased this dress from Still White and wore it as my reception dress in April. There are some small tears along the tulle skirt but they are hard to see because of the multiple layers of tulle. There are also minor tears in the flesh lining under the arms, which are also impossible to see. It has been professionally cleaned.
It is a US size 4, but I am a US size 6 and it fits me well. Due to the style of the dress, the sizing is somewhat flexible. The waist is the only area of the dress that is tight.
