The dress is brand spanking new. I am a size 12 but I would have needed it taken in at the bust as I am not so busty if I were to keep it - I custom made it but this was aligned to a size 12 anyway but I am smaller in the bust.

Waist size 31.5
It might even suit a size 10 with alterations. It has never been used. It still has the original tags on. If it looks a little creased it is because it came out of the bag it was delivered in. These will fall out.
It is actually mermaid shaped in design once on..but hard to see here.
I bought multiple dresses as I wasn't sure what style I wanted. I figured I would just sell on the one's I didn't want.
This is a great deal as it is under half its value.
