The Dress

I absolutely LOVED this dress. I was worried being a plus size woman that I may never be able to find a dress that I felt comfortable in, but this dress proved me wrong. I altered the dress and put in a corset to replace the zipper and it snatched my waist in and made my chest look sooo nice! The skirt of the dress was flowy and made dancing and sitting so easy. The train was just long enough to give it an elegant feel without going over the top.

For the bigger chested friends that may wear this dress, you'll need to tie the corset at an angle to make sure everything stays put the whole night. My mom and I had to test out the best way and we found that doing the angle helps so that my chest wouldn't start to weigh down the fabric. I wore this dress a total of 3 times- in the store to buy it, 1 alterations appointment for the corset and then my wedding day. Everything is still in perfect place with no issues.
