Charlotte dress from Halfpenny London. Made from luxury Italian Silk crepe. Full circle skirt with draped bodice. The arm drapes can be tied as a halter neck or tied under the arm for the evening.
I bought this dress second hand and has already had some alterations. Has been professionally dry cleaned although there are some small marks on the dress as indicated in photos (I have already reduced the price to account for this).
This dress was perfect for me and I would love it to go to a good home!
