The Dress
I loved wearing this timeless, ethereal dress for my wedding in 2022 and hope she can find another chapter with a new bride. The gown was very comfortable — I danced the night away with ease and loved how light it felt despite the full skirt. The cut is also quite flattering, particularly accentuating the waistline thanks to its subtle satin belt. The back of the dress has small satin buttons running all the way down (as per last two photos from designer).
The dress is in good used condition (first two photos are of actual gown) but there is some dirt on the hem from outdoor photos. It would benefit from dry cleaning.
In normal dresses, I’m a US 8 and with shoes was 5’7 in the gown.
Alterations
I bought this as a sample and it was altered to fit my figure. Thin (B) cups were stitched into the bodice to enable me to wear the dress without a bra. The belt was shortened and a bustle was also added to its modest, semi-circle train at the back.
