Selling my wedding dress (because it’s such a pain to find a good, plus size wedding dress - I’d love someone else to get some enjoyment/use from it)!
It’s white lace but looks a bit more ivory indoors (you can see that in the photos from my wedding day, outside vs. dress fitting at David’s Bridal, indoors) but in any case, the lace gives it a fantastic vintage vibe.
I am a size 20/22. And I wear a 42J in bras, if that helps.
The dress originally came with a zipper but I had a corset put in (more forgiving in case the stress of wedding planning lead to weight gain/loss). It has a lovely train and it can also be bustled!
I’m including photos of myself in store when I originally tried it on (before alterations), and the day I wore it. (Actually really only wore it for the ceremony as I had a different outfit for the reception).
I’m happy to include the veil as well (you can see from one of the images, it has flower appliqués and pearls).
Alterations
It originally had a zippered enclosure but I had it altered to have a corset back (makes it a little more forgiving when it comes to pre-wedding weight fluctuations). I also had it altered so that it could be bustled.
