This Grace Loves Lace Inca gown with chai (nude) lining and ivory lace is exquisite – I just wish it fit me! I've never actually worn this dress, I bought it from a lovely lady on this site (she's the one in the second photo, not me) and sadly it doesn't fit me well in the arms so I'm hoping it can find its rightful new owner.
The dress is in used, good condition, no signs of wear/flaws on the front of the dress. No holes, rips or tears. Some tiny signs of wear in the chiffon on the very bottom of the back of the train but you can't see when it's on because of the fall of the fabric.
The dress comes with the original Grace Loves Lace dress cover and I've since had it professionally dry-cleaned by a specialist.

My honest recommendation on this dress:
It's a smaller US 4, borderline a 2, especially in the arms and hips. If you're a size 3, winner! I believe the arms have been altered to be very slightly slimmer but the previous seller never listed as altered so I can't say for certain.
From Grace Loves Lace site:
The dress dreams are made of! With a unique combination of French and Japanese lace, paired with a flattering classic fit and a statement low back, the Inca is an unforgettable, signature GRACE gown. Made for the woman with effortless style, with substance and passion. Inca is a piece of art with unique shapes and contouring, designed to highlight the female figure in the most flattering way. Designed with a straight boat neck and a barely there, 7/8 length sleeve, the Inca has been cleverly constructed with all the right elements.
