This dress is BRAND NEW and was NEVER WORN. Dress has no alterations and was only worn to try on at pickup. Dress still has tags on it and it’s been kept in the garment bag they gave to me at pickup and hasn’t been taken out until I took the pictures of it to sell. I also have a cathedral veil brand new in the bag and belt that was never attached to the dress that are also for sale.
