Full transparency: I purchased this gorgeous gown used from another bride from Australia on Stillwhite, and it just is so incredible that I'd love for it to get another use rather than sitting in a closet! If you've had the opportunity to try this dress on in a retailer and are looking for a cost-effective option, look no further. The dress is so flattering and forgiving (it's stretchy!), you could be within 2-3 inches of my size and it would fit perfectly without any alterations. I did have it altered as I bought it one size larger than my own, and my tailor said it was so simple to handle. The waist and top was brought in slightly, as well as the hip and butt area. It was originally hemmed but it worked for me- I'm 5'8" and wore 2" heels. I added sticky removeable push up bras for a little extra umph, so this will fit larger cup sizes as well (I'm a large B, small C). It has a full length train and still has all it's buttons, mesh, stitching, etc. It has a 5-point bustle that buttons entirely underneath the gown (pictured). Due to this, the bottom of the train that was touching the ground did get dirty. The good news is I was able to get most of it out simply by wiping it with a damp cloth. This dress cleans so easily and this will come out in dry-cleaning. When I originally purchased it, it had spray-tan marks from the prior owner, and these all came out when I had it dry-cleaned. The pictures of the dress hanging in the grass show the dirt that remains (~half way up the train). I chose not to dry clean it yet since once boxed it will need to be fully steamed anyway, so instead of charging you more for the dress for me to clean it and for you to have it cleaned again once altered, I'm selling as is.
