Bought a 10 but I am a size 8 as I wanted a dress with a little bit of room/movement rather than being skin tight. Would fit a small 8 to a size 10.
Alterations
Alterations were done to make the dress look just like the model - sleeves were shortened a little, length cut to my height (5'6"), front lined (as it was see through) and breast pads changed to nude from white so you couldn't see them coming through. Also two very small loops sewed to bottom of dress to hitch train up on back button.
