The Dress

This bespoke dress by Suzanne Neville was an absolute dream to wear on my wedding day in May 2022.

It is a combination of the Bronte style bodice with a delicate tulle skirt.

The structured bodice is a string fastened corset style design and would therefore fit a range of different body shapes, whilst I am a UK 6, it will of course adjust effortlessly according to a similar size body shape.
The straps were also taken up for me, however the original strap length has been kept in case it requires taking out again.

The floral detail on the bodice is stunning, each flower is individually hand sewn giving such a delicate look despite being structured.

The dress is fastened up with the classic Rouleau loops.

It has a simple low-back structure with 1 strap each side rather than the two on the Bronte.

I am 5ft 4 and so with heels on I was 5ft 8 wearing this dress.

The dress has now been professionally dry cleaned by a specialist and hanging beautifully crisp in its protective bag.

I welcome any future brides interested to try it on providing no make up or fake tan is worn.
