The Dress

The dress was made to order by Marianna Hardwick, it is the Mya dress (http://marianahardwick.com.au/bridal/precious-curiosities also featured on the Real Brides section http://marianahardwick.com.au/realbrides/rachel-costello/)

It is a size 10, but I had to get it taken in as I had lost some weight since the original fitting.

The dress is beautifully made from French tulip lace. The style is mermaid / fishtail. It is one shoulder with lace flower detailing covering the shoulder and going down the back. The dress has a small train which can be bustled up for dancing etc. It has an inbuilt bra and it was very comfortable to wear.

I changed the colour from the original design from Cream to Ivory. The Mya gown has a one shoulder applique which got so many comments. I love dancing and in this dress I could still do all my moves and even a bit of Gangnam Style!!
