A flowy A-line chiffon skirt with nude bodice, almost a seashell pattern, dusted with a light sprinkling of clear sequins. The rhinestone belt is attached, but easily removed if you prefer-just lightly hand-stitched on. It has an off-the-shoulder illusion to it.
