The Dress
A billowing concord of layered tulle, this gorgeous gown features a delicate bodice of cross-over drapery, winged sleeves of pinched ruffles, and a princess skirt with a puffy statement peplum.
I have a hoop skirt which will be included in purchase which you can wear under. This allowed more movement under the dress and much easier to walk.
**the top layer of very soft tulle has pulls** these are all at the bottom of the dress so alterations can easily be made.
