For reference, I am 5'7.5" and wore three-inch heels with this skirt. I had the train taken off of the skirt (this is a big money saver if you want something without a train). It was a size 10 when I bought it from BHLDN, but I had it altered to a size ~8.
I wore the skirt on top of a jumpsuit for half of the night. I listed the jumpsuit on stillwhite as well. I can give you a discount if you buy both.
