The Dress

The most stunning and flattering dress - I felt like an absolute Princess and could not have found a more perfect dress if I tried! I had so many family and friends come up to me and tell me that it was the most beautiful Wedding dress they had ever seen and I agree!

Crafted in beautiful heavyweight silk drill satin, Le Belle features a corseted bodice that meets a box pleated full A-line skirt, while a sculptured drop shoulder adds a modern twist to a sweetheart neckline. Pockets and a discreet side split add a touch of casual ease.

I fluctuated between a size 8 and 10 leading up to the wedding and this dress fit perfectly every time I tried it on. The boned bodice helps in bringing in the waist and created such a flattering shape. I didn't wear a bra with this dress but you absolutely could - Just personal preference for me! I felt like the bodice gave enough support so I didn't need it.

The dress has been dry cleaned and came up so beautifully! There are a few minor marks at the very bottom of the dress but they are hardly noticeable, especially if you are looking to get the dress taken up a little bit. Happy to send any photos you need!
I am 165cm and I felt it was quite long but manageable!

Alterations

Hem was slightly adjusted as the original length was far too long for me, but as I mentioned before, it was still a little bit too long so if you are taller it won't be a problem.

The dress also has 2 bustles.
- A loop wrist bustle (which I used for most of the night - It looked so pretty and made dancing a lot easier! - again I can send photos if you would like!)
- one-point bustle to take the train of the dress up (there are a few reinforced buttons for you to choose the length)
