The Dress

This is the absolute dream dress to wear. Worn once from new on my wedding day, immediately dry cleaned and now ready to make a new special someone feel as wonderful as I did!

This off the shoulder ball gown with a portrait neckline from Sottero & Midgley is truly stunning. It has ivory novelty organza embellished with white caviar floral embellishments, over the most delicate glitter champagne tulle.

It has a concealed corset belt inside the bodice which really made you feel secure and kept the dress in place all day. The bodice has a zip closure with covered buttons - so very easy to get in and out of.

The skirt is made up of many layers of organza and tulle with no need for any extra under skirts. The train is jaw dropping, and looks amazing in every photo. A specialist seamstress added a five point bustle to the back so that the dress is more manageable for the evening whilst still looking chic and timeless (see evening photos of the bustle). There were no other alterations made, making this dress very versatile with regard to alterations.

The best part? It has pockets!

There are some very small marks to the inside of the bodice where confetti got caught during the day, and some minor marks on the underside of the hem. No marks or flaws of any kind on the outside of the dress. It looks brand new.

The veil is a soft ivory with delicate clusters of freshwater pearls hand sewn onto the fine organza. It was £350 new but if you would like it I would happily send the veil for free with the dress.

I had so many compliments about this dress all day, mostly with people saying it was truly the most beautiful wedding dress they’d ever seen! I felt magnificent, and I would love for you to feel that too! The elegant lines from the shoulder-to the waist-back out to the hem really promotes a tiny looking waist and made me look and feel very tall and very thin which was wonderful!
