The Dress

The Mara gown is a beautiful, effortlessly cool, chic wedding dress by Rime Arodaky. Cut from white, fluid crepe de chine with full lining, this stunning gown has a leg slit to expose sun-kissed skin and slender straps that delicately cross at the plunging back. This dress is ideal for beach weddings, boho weddings, elopements and intimate receptions.

I bought this dress as soon as I got engaged as it was sold out almost everywhere and I was hoping to slim down into it. Sadly that didn't happen and I didn't get to wear it, which I am still heartbroken about - it's such a beautiful dress! The dress feels incredible, the fabric is silky with a lovely drape and it's very well made, so it feels and looks a lot more expensive than it is.

The gown is new, in perfect condition with tags. I ordered it directly from the designer in Paris and it cost £700 originally. I tried it on a couple of times when it first arrived, never while wearing any make up, fake tan or moisturiser, so it is spotless, since then it has been kept safely wrapped in tissue paper in a box.

Bust: 88cm
Waist: 80cm
Hips: 102cm (there is a bit of give here due to the cut of the dress)

(I will also include the gift the designer sent with the dress, which was a white sweatshirt with 'Marry Me' on the front.)

No alterations have been made.
Label says a size FR 42 but I think it fits more like a UK 10-12.
