The Dress
Gorgeous Ines Di Santo "Daya" Wedding gown. All lace, with organic neckline, I made the dress strapless with detachable off-the-shoulder straps. The dress has built-in support, and clear boning which helped me to feel extra supported. I made the back unlined and added buttons down the back. There is a cathedral-length train which is an absolute stunner. I'm 5'2" but I wore 5-inch platforms so the dress is altered accordingly. I wore the snap-on sleeves for the ceremony and then took them off for the reception/dancing. One of the sleeve snaps came off but it's a super easy fix to sew it back on. Love this dress so much! *ignore the makeup portion on the video shared - it's the best one I have of the dress and my makeup artist took it!*
Alterations
We took in the dress quite a bit in the mid-section and hemmed it of course. Unlined the back as well and added more boning for extra support. I'm usually a size 0, 24 in jeans, and have a larger chest, 32DD.
