The Dress
Although a shame to part with a dress that made me feel so fabulous, I hope it can bring somebody else the same special feeling on their big day. After trying on numerous dresses, feeling uncomfortable and not looking at all that great, I started to think, maybe I'm not a wedding dress kind of girl. Thankfully, I came across the Anna Kara range, and loved every single piece, but fell truly in love with Angeline. Angeline made me feel comfortable, chic and able to dance - something which was high on my priority list. The dresses just off the shoulder sleeves create a beautiful neckline, whilst the dress floats down in a complimentary way.
In terms of the condition - you can see from the later photos, that although I've had it professionally cleaned, there is still some discolouring to the bottom and a small tear. The tear is unnoticeable given the floaty nature of the dress, but the discolouring is worth mentioning. Perhaps this might suit somebody who knows how quickly a dress will discolour on the bottom anyway, or someone who is a slightly shorter build and may skim a bit of fabric from the bottom.
Alterations
In terms of alterations - I've had invisible bra hooks added to the back so that a nude bra can be worn, held down and not visible. I've also had some length taken off so that it rests just on the ground rather than trails - I'm 166cm without shoes.
