The Dress

This amazing dress was worn at my June 2022 wedding. It’s a beautifully classic shape with statement sleeves with a delicate flower design. The sleeves make it perfect for summer or winter weddings and for brides looking for something a little different!

The fabric is georgette so has a lovely weight to it and makes it hang beautifully. The dress has a zip back with buttons added to the length of the zip. The cut is incredibly flattering and there is some boning around the a waist which makes you feel secure. The dress has a puddle train at the back which makes you feel very bridal!

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and is in great condition. There are some marks on the hem which I can provide pictures, but these might come out with a further dry cleaning or if you plan to take the dress up. They’re largely contained to the right and left hand side of the hem. I can send more photos of these upon request.

The dress is a size 12 but the pattern was re-cut before making it to allow for a bigger waist, but this can be easily taken in if you’re a classic size 12. There are generous inseams on the dress so it can be let out if necessary. There is a bustle underneath and a loop to carry the dress.

The dress comes in a white breathable storage box complete with acid free tissue paper. I’m selling because this beautiful dress deserves to be worn again and I can’t bear the thought of it sitting in a box unworn!

Alterations

Shoulders lifted approximately 5cm. Hem shortened approximately 5cm. Bustle added.
