The Dress
This simple yet elegant dress was such a show stopper at our wedding. I had a very elaborate, lace veil that was passed down through my family so I wanted a dress that would still wow but also allow the veil to shine.
It is super comfortable, has boning along the sides of the top so it makes it feel a bit like a corset. There are beautiful pearls all the way down the back and it has a bustle put in to make moving and dancing easier.
There is also a slip underneath that holds really well so you don't have to keep pulling it down.
Alterations
I have larger hips and a smaller waist, so I ordered a size 12 (one size above my usual size) and altered the waist and chest to fit.
