The Dress

Gorgeous Brides Desire by Wendy Sullivan dress. Delicate champagne lace over champagne satin underlay, lace straps and small train with scalloped lace edging. I purchased it from Hobnob Bridal and wore it once for my wedding day in November 2014.

I felt very elegant and sexy in this dress and my husband absolutely loved it. We had a garden wedding and the dress matched perfectly to that theme.

I haven't altered the length of the dress. I'm 173cm tall and worn a 5cm heel. The tag size is 12 but I'm a size 10. The lace up back will accommodate a size 10-12. I also had bra cups (I'm a B Cup) and a small bustle added. The button has come off the bustle but can easily be fixed by a dressmaker.

A finger tip length veil, raw edge in Mocha (champagne colour) is included in the price. The veil really finished off the dress.

I'm sad to part with my dress but I'm hopeful someone else will love it as much as I did. The dress is in excellent condition and receipt is available.
