The Dress

I absolutely love this dress but ended up deciding on a black dress for my wedding. Very gatsby/vintage vibes.
I bought this dress as a size 12 and then had it altered to fit me. It is now an approx. size 8. The other dress I ended up wearing was also Madi Lane and was an exact size 8, with no alterations, and fit me perfectly so I am basing sizing off of that.

Alterations

I had this altered to my body and is an approx. size 8. We did hem the bottom of the lining to a floor length so that the train was just see through lace- it looks stunning!! I had them add in some cups to fit my D cup (they can be removed). We also added some extra boning on the side so that the dress held up better on its own since it's strapless.
