The Dress
I bought this dress with the intention to do alterations, but decided to purchase a different dress instead. The dress is loose around the bust by about 2" and needed to be hemmed. There is tulle attached to the top of the dress for customization. I liked that you can use it off the shoulder, tie it behind you for a tighter feel or a single strap. This was a sample dress so there is a slight tear in the lining of the tulle to the dress. It would be easy to sew back on or remove completely if you wanted to.
