Perfect for adding drama to a wedding look or for windblown photos. Tulle material with long train and simple tie in front; size 0 but could likely fit street sizes 0-6. No alterations made, only worn for less than 1 hour and still in impeccable condition. Will send with detached tags and original box with receipt. Paid $250 + tax.
