This dress fit like a glove thanks to the wonderful Eva for countless fittings to ensure the dress was perfect. I showed her my vision and together we picked out our favourite pieces of the French Lace to include in the dress. We wanted the lace to be heavy up top, flowing down the dress like tree branches. There is a magical subtle sparkle in the lace (Pic 1) which was great later in the evening. The dress moved perfectly as I walked and danced, which is exactly what I wanted not having to change. I used the hook and eye to walk around, whilst the dress can easily also attach a loop if you would like. One of my favourite things about this dress is the detail, particularly on the back of the dress. Eva worked tirelessly to cut and match the lace on both sides, creating a soft flow into the back of the dress (Pic 2). I could really go on about the details - you are welcome to come and inspect for yourself if you are in Melbourne. I would love nothing more than for someone to experience the joy and happiness I felt in this dress. I would suggest going to Eva for alterations, however I am sure any reputable dress maker would be able to modify to fit your body like a glove also.
