Beautiful plunge neck tulle gown with floral lace in the color "Oyster".
I bought this dress off the rack as a sample but decided to go with another dress. There have been no alterations made to it. There is some loose thread / beading as pictured which can be easily fixed! For my measurements, the only alterations needed are shortening the straps and shortening the hem.
