The Dress

I purchased this dress back in October of 2020 for my September 2021 wedding. I ended up falling in love with this dress as soon as I tried it on. The train was so long and beautiful, and I thought it would fit the theme of my wedding perfectly. I was going for a Tuscan/Italian wedding theme, and I loved how the train of this dress looks like it has lace grapevines throughout it. I also loved the way it fit my body at the time of purchase. The detailing in this dress is so amazing and intricate.

I am selling this dress because 6 weeks before my wedding, when I went to have it altered, I was told this dress has so much detailing that in order to have the alterations that needed to be done (weight changes), they could not guarantee the dress would still look the way it was intended to look. I was devastated by this and knew that I wanted the dress to look as intended the day of my wedding.

I wanted to keep the integrity of the dress and not ruin it by having drastic alterations done, so therefore I ended up getting a totally different dress 6 weeks before my wedding. It was very stressful at the time, but the point is this dress is perfect, no alterations were ever done, and I would love to sell it to someone who also loves this style of dress and appreciates all the details and beauty this dress has to offer!
