The Dress

Selling a Vagabond Bridal Cyrus lace wedding gown.

Soft multi-layered tulle skirt covered in an ethereal leaf embroided lace, balanced by a contemporary pleated lace structured corset featuring layers of boning, modern lines, and straps for support.

The dress colour is called bare. It has a touch of nude in some of the layers of tulle which still gives a classic wedding gown shade but adds depth and movement.

The dress has been made to a split size. The bodice has been made to a size 10 and around the hips is a size 12 . I am an Australian street size 8 in my upper body and a size 10 for my lower body. I am 175cm tall and wore shoes with a 2cm heel.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned. The dress is in great condition, apart from a very small discolouration on one leaf on the embroided lace bodice. Please see video. It is not noticable unless looking at it very closely. I also have a spare section of the ethereal leaf embroided lace which could be used by a seamstress to replace that leaf if desired.

The dress comes with a fabric storage bag.

I chose to wear a very lightweight and flexible hoop with the dress. This made the dress very easy to walk in (the hoop holds the dress out) and added a slight increase to the volume of the dress. I am happy to also sell the hoop for an additional $50. If you chose not to wear the hoop it would look slightly less voluminous (still very beautiful though).

Alterations

The dress was custom made, with a few variations from the standard Cyrus lace design. The bodice has been lined (the original has a partially sheer bodice) and the dress was made without a train. It is the same length all the way around for ease of movement.
