The Dress
This bias-cut silk slip wedding dress, handmade by the designer in her studio in France, was the elegant, chic, minimal, timeless dress of my dreams! I felt amazing in it, and it was so light, comfortable, and easy to wear. It accentuated the right places and skimmed over the rest of the body. For anyone else who doesn't feel like themselves in big, formal wedding gowns, that was me too, and this dress made me feel like me, but the most beautiful version of myself! It makes me sad to sell it but I could use the income. I wore it for my wedding day in March 2022. I also have the cathedral length cape (sheer silk, handmade by an Etsy seller) and the Sarah Seven Valentina overlay that I wore with it as optional add-ons, in case you are interested in the full look.
Alterations
I added a french bustle so the train didn't drag when I was on the dance floor. I also got the waist taken in so it gave more of an hourglass look, and the bust was taken in so it wouldn't gape (I'm a 34B).
