The Dress

This was my dream dress! For me, it was the perfect mix of organic botanical images out in our forest wedding while still being exquisitely, intricately embroidered with refined style. The theme of our wedding was 'rustic luxury' (although I'd say I brought more of the 'luxury' and my partner a little more of the 'rustic'!). I felt incredible in this dress the whole 6 hours I wore it. I was told by a couple people it was the most beautiful wedding dress they had ever seen. I've struggled with letting it go but it's a wedding dress and turning into an evening gown would really take away something. The dress was professionally cleaned and place in a preservation box.

A couple things to note:
1) I did add a custom heart patch (see photo) on the sleeve that says "MM & SC". You could replace it with your own or cover it over.
2) I did have the dress tailored down a bit from the size 16 ordered, mostly in the waist.
3) The skirt liner is the original offered from Hermione de Paula, attached by my seamstress.
4) We added white cups in the front for coverage but left the back totally sheer.
5) This sale includes the cape as well! I loved the duo. I wore the cape up the isle and then took it off for the ceremony.
