The Dress

This was the most perfect dress! It is GORGEOUS in person - the photos do not do it any justice! It was both form fitting and a line because of the beautiful sheer lace overlay. You will look beautiful in this gown! Our wedding photos were absolutely stunning!!

Embodying the true spirit of effortless glamour, this gorgeous wedding dress was made for the bohemian goddess in you. Delicately beaded shoestring straps extend from the V-neckline into the wide open back, forming a small keyhole feature at the base. The V-sides complement the plunging neckline and sheer bodice, showered in delicate laces featuring a mix of vine-like and floral patterns. The relaxed A-line silhouette features layers of sequin and beaded tulle which lay closer to the figure, while a wide tulle overlay gradually widens toward the back—complete with carefully placed lace appliqués for rich dimension, stunning texture and a dramatic bridal finish.

Alterations

Dress was altered to fit a size 6.

I purchased this dress in a much larger size and had it taken in in order to provide more chest coverage. When I tried on the smaller size that fit my body better, there was too much side boob for my comfort. Purchasing it in a larger size allowed for me to have it professionally taken in on the sides of the dress (where it was sheer fabric) so that the lace would then cover the sides of my chest as well.

The chest padding is still the original which I believe comes with a size C cup pad. I am a size 6 with 34DD chest and I could not have fit me better! I am a little over 5'4" and wore 3.5 inch heels. It was hemmed to be floor length and includes bustle hooks which can be altered as needed. *I have not yet had the dress professionally cleaned so that the new owner can clean it to their liking. Alterations were completed by a well known wedding dress seamstress in my town and cost approximately $750.
