I live in New york city, but I travel between New York and Toronto, Canada a lot.
The Diciembre dress originally has a straight neckline that I've altered to sweetheart neckline. It's a lot more flattering than before and no longer has the transparent frill sticking out.
Stunning hand-made removable belt from Etsy comes with the dress. It's sewn on gently in only a 4 spots to keep in place. Tied by a ribbon
