The Dress
I had this dress custom made by Linda Jane Doble in Melbourne, with a gold/antique gold sequin fabric sourced from silkworld. The dress has a champagne colour lining, as seen in the last close up image. The bodice and back of the dress is double lined to smooth out the silhouette. There are 'v' shaped sheer section under the arms.
This dress was an absolute joy to wear and to celebrate in! For the reception the bustle tied up at the back so dancing was very easy (and fun). The upturn-downturn of the sequins has a lovely effect in the light, and changed appearance with light, shadow and movement.
This dress was custom made from my measurements. I am a standard Aus size 12, with a DD bust. I am shy of 6ft tall.
