The Dress

The Avril Gown is inspired by brave, bold, daring women. Covered with all over dramatic Cornelli Lace, its lace placements are designed to flatter the figure from all angles. Features cut out details on the train and sleeves, low back, full skirt and train.

The dress was a comfortable fit, easy to move in and was altered to have a dancing loop for the tail. The inside silk slip felt smooth, stayed in place with hooks on the shoulders allowing it to sit perfectly all day. Dancing was easy with the tail up after the ceremony allowing me to move as I pleased on the dancefloor.

I did not wear any fake tan on my wedding day and it was easy to get in and out of.

I received beautiful compliments for the gown and loved every moment wearing it. I would like to sell the Avril Gown to anyone who wants to shine and have a fun time on their special day.

Gown details:
- Shell – nylon mesh with cotton cornelli lace
- Lining – silk/spandex
- Comes with dancing loop that hooks the tail from the back
- Button detail hooks for the inside silk slip dress
- Colour -nude mesh with off-white embroidery and tan/nude slip

Care:
Gown may be steamed and pressed on a low/medium heat only. Extra care must be given to delicate lace detail. Hang gown using hanger tape. Refer to care label for dry clean advice.

Alterations

The gown was altered in slightly at Sew Special in Sydney, who had experience altering this exact dress for other customers. A tail was created to hook to the dancing loop. Button hooks for inside slip. After the wedding, the dress was dry cleaned and checked by Sew Special for any wear/ tear. The gown and slip dress are in excellent condition only worn once, with no rips or stains. Alteration costs were additional to the Retail Price.
