The Dress
I absolutely LOVED my dress! I felt like a Bohemian Princess. The lace pattern is unique and unlike most patterns that are too doiyly looking. It was also very flattering and forgiving as I didn't quite feel as slim as I wanted to. I had many compliments on the uniqueness of the dress with statements like, "This dress doesn't look like every other bride."
The dress looks flawless with the condition of the rim at the bottom of the dress. With walking, it picked up some dirt. The dress has been dry cleaned so it won't be noticeable to others however if you lift and examine the dress closely, it will look a couple of shades darker than ivory.
The dress is light and is bustled and is numbered so tying everything up is convenient and easy. All in all, the dress looks great in photos!
Alterations
The original size of the dress was an 8 and I am a 2, so I had them bring in the waist, and hem the length. I also had them add breast cups to the lace so it wasn't see-through and I didn't have to wear a bra.
