This dress is a standard US Size 8, I bought it as a Size 6 and tailored it to the specs provided. Unique in that it is off the shoulder but also has a very low back which was really hard to find.
I would recommend this for someone who is a Size 6/8. It has a structured bodice so I wore no bra (I'm a C-Cup).
