The Dress

Eva Lendel Jess Dress. Worn once for my wedding January, 2022 in Auckland, New Zealand and has since been dry-cleaned. Perfect condition.

Jess is a stunning wedding dress with an incredible overskirt (giving you two looks for your day/night). This sheath wedding gown is a perfect opportunity to demonstrate your figure. Made from beautiful Mikado Silk. It has lowered shoulders which are decorated with a wrap on a decollete that runs on the back. This jewel creates a feminine silhouette and highlights the bride’s waistline. The exquisite additional skirt is fixed on the waists and has a long train.

Between having my dress ordered and my first fitting, I lost weight so the dress was then altered to fit me. In NZ sizing, the best indication I could give for the best fit would be a size 8 waist and a size 10 hip. I am now pregnant so I have taken the measurements directly from the dress the best I can.

It was and still is my dream dress and I felt incredible wearing it all day. The boning through the waist is so comfortable and holds the dress to you (no need to worry about pulling up the off shoulder part at all) - I had many guests ask me how it was staying up and sitting so beautifully!

I would love for someone else to get the same joy out of it that I did :)
