The Dress

This dress was a dream to wear! Perfect amount of timeless elegance and sexy sophistication.

I wish I could wear it again! The intricate beading of the bodice is breath taking, photos do not do it any justice. Each crystal sparkles in the light.

The dress is custom made by designer in a white sheer underlay bodice, usually the dress is manufactured in a tan colour as tou can see by the stock photo. This added the coverage I was looking for and felt less sheer than the nude colour.

The beading stretches down the waist and back of the dress. I had my seamstress customize the placement of some beading around my breast area for more cohesion and coverage.

The bottom of the dress is in a very comfortable 2 layered crepe material. It has been dry cleaned professionally. The crepe creates a smooth silhouette and is very forgiving, it hugs your hips and flares out at the bottom. It was so easy to walk and dance in all night!

I wore 3.5 inch heels with the dress and changed into 3 inches and both were fine for the length of the dress.

The only signs of wear are extremely faint at the bottom of the dress where it touched the floor on the inside layer. This layer is not seen by the public since the top layer covers.

Alterations

Top: none other than beading placement changes. I also had her add clear rubber along straps so the mesh didn't scratch my skin. Has room on top if you are bigger.

Hips: 2 inches taken in at hips to create more of a flare silhouette

Length: I'm 5'6 and wore 3.5 inch heels. Length fit that height.

Bustle: American bustle added 3 buttons.
