The Dress

I was married 1 month ago and have decided to sell my beautiful dress. Authentic and purchased new from Sweethearts Bridal Boutique, it is the ‘Drew’ dress by Rebecca Ingram by Maggie Sottero. Ivory in colour, though it looked nice and bright in my wedding photos.
Dress is labelled a size 10 however was too big, and I am always a 10 in standard clothes.
It was only worn for a 2 hour ceremony.
The dress has boning in the bodice through the bust and waist which makes for a great shape and it felt so nice on. I am a D cup and wore this just with some padded jelly inserts. I wore short heels (4cm) and the dress just skimmed the floor in front of my heels and the train flowed beautifully at the back. The train is just long enough that it looks stunning in photos, but not too long that it makes it difficult to walk.
It is very detailed with beading and lace all over. It had spaghetti straps and scalloping around the neckline. It had a V front and V back.
I have noticed there is now one button missing from the back (see pic). It is the second button from the bottom but is an easy fix.
This dress has been very carefully cleaned since the wedding and comes in it’s ‘Sweethearts bridal boutique’ bag. Postage within Australia only, No extra cost for postage. Open to offers.

Alterations

I had some alterations done. The dress has been taken in to fit around the the bust, waist and hips. The dress originally had functioning buttons over a half zip down the back centre, however my tailor changed these to a full zipper with decorative buttons over top. This was to ensure a more secure fit.
