The Dress

The time has come to sell my absolutely stunning Karen Willis Holmes Beatrice wedding dress.

As someone who never pictured herself entering a bridal store, I was dragged (almost kicking and screaming 😂), into KWH Perth by my bridesmaids, who were determined to at least see me in a wedding dress before I went hunting for something less traditional, and much more vintage.
You can imagine my surprise when the lovely Sales Assistant handed me 'Beatrice' - a dress I would have never (ever!) have picked for myself. Begrudgingly I put the dress on, walked into the fitting area, looked into the mirror, and ... cried. I have never (and probably will never, let's be real), felt more beautiful. Beatrice is the most stunning piece of clothing I have ever seen, and I'm not one for hyperbole. She fit like a dream on my curvy figure, absolutely fitting me in the right places. I said yes to the dress immediately and have loved her ever since.

Deets:
• Size 14 and true to size
• Armpit to armpit measure is 47cms (laying flat) - generous bust - I am a 14F and it fit me beautifully, but can be easily altered for smaller busts.
• Waist line measure is 47cms (laying flat)
• Length is longer than my 150cms tape measure, but I am 165cms, and wore offensively high heels (also for sale 😂), so length would be roughly 180cms (happy to provide an exact measure to an interested party)
• Minimal alterations - slight lift to the shoulders and shortened slightly
• Full tulle skirt with bustle
• Tulle is unhemmed at bottom, per photos
• Fine hand beading on bodice and skirt (mix of white and champagne beads)
Fine beaded belt
• Full length Karen Willis Holmes veil included
• Dry-cleaned at Stannards in Perth per KWH directions and always stored in KWH garment bag

A piece of my heart belongs to this dress, but she is too beautiful to keep in my wardrobe- I would love someone else to feel as beautiful as I did in this dress on my wedding day 💕

Originally purchased for $3,750 (and would have paid double - that's how much I love her 😍😂) asking $2,000 but open to reasonable offers.
