The Dress

I custom ordered this gown from a well-rated Etsy store (LilLambsCreation, Sydney, Australia). I think it's a gorgeous dress with my dream lace, but I ultimately decided to go in a different stylistic direction for my wedding and replaced it. I'm hoping to find this custom dress a new owner.

The dress is in mint condition; I have tried it on about 3 times indoors. It is slightly snug on me but generally fits well. Please note that the skirt has full ivory lining below the waist, but the lace on the top is sewn into a nude illusion fabric, which forms a scoop neckline that hits around my collarbone. (As you can see from the photos, it isn't terribly visible.) There are breast cups sewn into the illusion fabric, although I believe they could be easily removed. I had an alterations consultation and learned that I could remove the cups/add ivory lining behind the lace on the bodice to make it less transparent. The back is my favorite part; it is totally open and not lined. The sleeves are not lined, either.

I spent over $700 from the Etsy store for this dress, and I do think the quality was worth it. Since it is custom-made to my measurements, I assume it might need alterations, so I want to take that into consideration with my list price.
