Hi! This dress has NEVER been worn outside of the day I tried it on. It is brand new. BRAND new, no alterations have been done. It is a size 14, in regular dresses I wear a 4-6, and this fit a bit big, it just needed to be taken in to my measurements- which we never did. No veil is included.
