The bustle of this dress (the bottom back part) can be buttoned up into a rose. The The only reason I am selling this unique, amazing dress is that it no longer fits me. The dress has been hanging in the closest inside of the garment bag, it is in perfect condition. I was told that if i wanted to change to sweetheart bust it could be done easily.
