The Dress
Custom Vera Wang Geltrude Dress (Fall 2017 Bridal) worn at my wedding in January 2022. The dress has since been archived by the designer and is no longer available in stores. The dress features a stunning and unique lace macrame fabric (signature Vera Wang) with a delicate tulle long-sleeve detail and built in bustier which is tastefully visible through the fabric. I absolutely LOVED my dress, I felt like a princess all night long. The dress was also extremely comfortable, and I partied the night away with a convenient beautiful French bustle.
Alterations
The dress was customized with the premium Miami Atelier to include traditional long sleeves vs. the original off-the-sleeve design. The dress was also modified to include a low-back details vs. the traditional straight-back design, and includes tulle-covered Vera Wang double-buttons that conceal the zipper and add a bit more visual interest vs. the original single-button design.
