The Dress

This dress was so easy to wear - even with that glorious train, it was very manageable.
We got married in Thailand in January and I don't recall being hot at all.
The dress feels magnificent on. It pulled me in where I wanted it to and flowed out and around as I had dreamed of also.

I bought the dress for the train - its stunning! so elegant and Cinderella like, with these soft flowers that peek out from underneath the sheer top layer and then spread out fall all over the train like. It felt fairytale to me when I saw it and put it on.
That train is a showstopper on the aisle and I can tell you It pins up into the skirt super easily, to be able to dance a fully choreographed flash-mob for the reception.

The entire bodice is tightly pleated tulle, so up close there is so much pretty detail and fine tailoring to see. The fabric feels/looks to me to be a kind of a very fine, soft bridal tulle, It falls perfectly.

hidden on the inside of the tulle at the back there is a 5mmx5mm plastic snap closure missing at the back - super easy to replace

Alterations

I had an additional internal corset strap sewn inside the bodice to help cinch the waist in more tightly and to help keep the corset bodice 'up' and securely in place - all night.

For a bit of extra bling - I also added a row of swarovski crystals around the top edge of the bodice, as well as a swarovski crystal broach that sat in the center of the breast - they were removed for dry cleaning, but are included in the sale price.
I also added a train hook to pin up the lovely long train for dancing.
