This dress is brand new and un-altered! Never worn! The sleeves can be added or the dress can be worn as strapless. It has beautiful lace detailing in the mid-section that hugs in all the right places to make a tight fit around the waist. The bottom of the dress is very playful and fun, with layered tulle that feels like a ballgown, but is much smaller and light weight then typical ballgown dresses. This dress is flirty, fun, and playful!
