The Dress

I felt so beautiful in this ethereal princess gown! It was so comfortable and easy to dance the night away in. I had the best time twirling on the dance floor!

Delicate hand-cut leaves scatter the front and back of the bodice and trail down the skirt to enhance the romance of this ivory gown. Very fine spaghetti straps frame the flattering V neckline while the underlying cups and lightweight boning give structure and support.

The back of the gown mirrors the front, dropping to the waist and into an intricate row buttons. Embroidered vine-like tendrils curl down from the bodice and into the full princess skirt, while translucent pockets are hidden within the natural folds to give the gown a modern twist. The upper lace of the skirt falls higher on either side of the nipped-in waist to create a romantic tiered shape.

Soft layers of flecked lace and floral motif can be seen peeking gently through, while multiple flutters of tulle and a small train create the perfect fairy tale silhouette.

I had the bodice made slightly longer than the standard and the neckline slightly higher (not quite as deep V) - happy to send additional photos and measurements.

The dress is missing the top button at the back closure, but that can easily be replaced or left as is.

Alterations

I had the waist taken in slightly as well as the straps shortened a bit. The tailor said all can be easily reversed if needed! I had additional bust pads put in so I didn’t have to wear a bra but again these can be easily removed. The tailor added a bustle so you wouldn’t need to do so.
