Although I was skeptical of a dress that was lace and tulle (I thought I wanted a modern minimalist style) this dress was just so flattering, even before alterations. The blush/ivory color is gorgeous for a boho theme but the style is classy and delicate enough for traditional too. Monique Lhullier is a luxury brand beyond what I had hoped to get but I couldn’t resist because the quality is obvious, far above any other dress I tried on. The dress is really in excellent condition and I only wore it for a few hours (ceremony and photos), but it was outdoors so I had it cleaned after. When I got the alterations done it was very easy to fix and simple to hem.

Sized down from a bridal size 10, which I was told is closer to a normal size 6. I am [removed] lbs.
